Terms of Service and Instructions

  • Professional cleaning services

    • Flexible workmanship : Depending on the air conditioner model, renovation environment, and installation method, the technician can flexibly choose to remove the cover on-site or disassemble the entire unit for cleaning to ensure the best cleaning effect.

    • After-sales guarantee : A 4-week maintenance service is provided after cleaning. The first 2 weeks will be dedicated to comprehensive follow-up and inspection of all issues; the 2nd to 4th weeks will focus on addressing dripping issues.
       

  • Fees and Surcharges

    • Staircase fee: If a unit or building lobby needs to be moved up the stairs, an additional $50 will be charged per floor.

    • Surcharges for remote areas: Tung Chung/Sai Kung/Stanley $100; Discovery Bay $300; please inquire separately for other remote areas.

    • Inspection and attendance fee: If the technician finds that the equipment is not suitable for cleaning (such as not being able to start, not being able to cool, or having serious water leakage), or is unable to provide service due to force majeure, a $200 attendance fee will be charged.
       

  • Disclaimer and Indemnity Terms

    • Damages Compensation: If a customer suffers losses due to the negligence of our employees, the maximum compensation is HK$1,000.

    • Severe Weather/Traffic Arrangements: In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or severe traffic disruption, services will be suspended for the day. Our company will proactively contact customers to schedule an alternative time.
